Ode to Osmos

June 16, 2010

It is peace.

It is peace, and it is wonder.

It is Orbient, but more versatile.

It is Flower, but simpler.

It will wreck the impatient.

It will reward the meticulous.

It sounds like ice feels.

It looks like rain sounds.

It thrives without a narrative.

It motivates without overt payoff.

It is art.

It is peace.

It is Osmos.

Now if you promise me you’ll run right over to Steam and buy it, I’ll promise you no more middle school poetry. It’s so worth the ten-dollar asking price, even if it took dropping it down to $2 for me to actually get around to buying it.
